Chosen Solution I have a G3 14" 800 with a logic board that got fried around the power supply area. I also have a G3 12" 800 with a good logic board. Can I use the 12" board in the 14" case, or is there a problem with the battery connectors? Also will it drive a 14" screen, or will it only use 12 size area? You can! It’s got the exact same form factor (the 14" uses a battery cable extension to get around the case size), and it will drive a 14" screen just fine (same resolution, bigger screen)....

The memory cannot be removed from the Nexus 5 it is not made to support a standard micro sd card, instead the memory is stored via the internal RAM....

Chosen Solution i have an error canon 7d err40 On the canon 7D there is a screw on the bottom board that comes loose and moves around in the camera and eventually sticks to something. When I see this error code this is usually the case for me and an easy fix. You will have to take off the back cover and there is a flex for the card reader that is connected to the main board on the lower right of the board....

There are numerous things that can cause a engine to over heat. As jayeff recommended check all fluid levels to make sure they are OK and take into a good shop and have a Technician have a look, diagnose issue and estimate repair before it worse, costing you a lot more....

Do I have to separate the layers of the screen or is the cable accesable once the bezel is taken off? No, the screen has to be taken off to access the cable inserts in the LCD. I am not aware of anyone doing a guide on this, I could be wrong....

IF it’s static current problem or hard ware problem.i reset many times and reseated lcd many times but no solution Usually it’s a damaged LCD ribbon cable which in result requires a replacement screen to fix the problem. I’m guessing you have visually inspected and cleaned the logic board screen connectors (The long vertical one and the short horizontal one on the board)....
Chosen Solution Trying to fix the battery in a Galaxy Tab S2 8.0, I broke the LCD. I knew this was a risk, so, some you win, etc. I followed the iFixit Guide, but some blob of glue remained in the middle somewhere as I lifted the glass on the side away from the ribbon, and the LCD screen itself cracked (though the outer glass remains intact). This one seemed to have a lot more glue than the teardowns suggest, with the edges around the bottom especially liberally and firmly glued, and a very broad strip of glue on the lefthand edge - I’d heated the whole thing to 85ºC on a hot plate, but the glue, while softened, wasn’t exactly super-keen to let go....

They look smaller than the others, and only the tip of the screwdriver goes in the groove an damages the middle of the cross while turning. I have seen the question about removing stripped screws using a modified flat screwdriver, but since my screws are not (yet) stripped, I was wondering if anybody knew the actual type these screws are?...

Chosen Solution I bought a New iPad 4 LCD (IF116-022-1) and the backlight on the right hand side of the screen didn’t work after reassembling the tablet. Is this an issue on the logic board or a problem with the ’new’ replacement screen I received from IFIXIT? I didn’t attach the digitizer to the case and I left the protector on the replacement LCD in case there were issues during testing....

I an see the screen if light is shown through the apple etc, so there is content, but no light. Then I open the back cover and press on the corner in upper right area where you see the display connection and also undo that clip and put back....

I just bought the iPhone 7 Matt Black, 128GB…it costed about 500€ + Screen protector and Tech21 case=totally about 560€ (I got 300€ from my old iPhone 6S 128GB). And…I took the iPhone out of the case, because I like to adore my new phones…and it slipped out of my hands!!! It fell about 3ft, screen is fine, but 4 visible dents!
