Chosen Solution So I replaced the screen of my mother’s LG Escape 3 and now the phone’s speaker as well as the ear part of the phone won’t work. I have tested it time and time again and still nothing. I’m thinking a hard reset might help but I am not sure. Any answers or theories would help. Hi Jorge! Are you sure that everything is good at it’s place? If yes, Try to clean the contacts, as far as I know, the speaker and the ear speaker both make contacts with the golden pins on the boards....

Chosen Solution I found a screen replacement for my laptop, but it appears it’s 2012 model, it works fine, except the plug for the camera wifi Bluetooth isn’t the same on the different model, where could I buy the 2009 cable to reconnect it to the right hardware? Update (12/12/2015) OK,yeah thanks, I did realise it will be complicated when I disassembled it, I watched the vid from ifixit to see the wifi antenna replacement, still tried, but then realised, that anyway cable go behind the screen, so one or the other I would have to dissasemble the screen and I’m not equipped for!...

Chosen Solution Is it possible for you to fix a Fiio player. Everything works except for the sound that should come out of the headphone jack… Nothing works there is no sound comes out of it. Not resetting the player or anything works. I’m thinking the headphone jack inside is disconnected or the amplifier for the player burned out I don’t know. There’s also a line in where I can plug in my headphones and that works just fine just a bad quality...

Chosen Solution I’m trying to reformat the harddrive on an older Dell laptop running WIN XP. However, when I try to format C:; I get a message that processes are still running. I’ve tried ending programs and processes in the task manager but no luck. Any ideas? Hi Richard, Because this is a laptop and the C: drive, I’m guessing it’s the only drive in the machine. Windows can’t reformat the drive it’s installed on and running off of, so to reformat you’re going to have to boot from a Windows install CD....

Chosen Solution Lately I see a dark spot on the LCD screen and the same is stored in the final images. How do I get rid of them? senthil, if you transfer your pictures to a computer and/ or print them and they have that spot on them, it is most likely either a dirty lens, or a bad CCD. From what you can read on here, the dirt lens looks like a Canon problem

Chosen Solution Has anyone been able to fix the audio issue w the BLU Vivo 5R? With the volume set to maximum you can barely hear the ringtones and videos are impossible. A few YT videos have suggested Engineering Mode & bring factory setting to max. It’s suggested that instead of the audio range having a lowest & highest range, sometime a factory error will have both at minimum level. Please let me know if you have ever been able to get into engineering mode on this phone or have been able to fix the factory issue....

I have a 6s plus with a battery draining issue and have replaced the battery multiple times as well as changing the charging port however the same issue persists to plague me. What happens is when the battery depletes the phone will not take a charge no battery sign nothing just dead. I figure the phone has to be draining power elsewhere for the battery to deplete after phone switches off....

Here’s the equipment: 2010 Macbook Pro 2.4GHz, with 8GB of RAM Fresh install of El Capitan on Samsung 850Pro SSD Single webpage open in Safari, no other programs running. Both System Profiler and coconutBattery show this battery as having a full charge capacity of 6157 mAh, and 800 charge cycles....

I have a similar model that failed and I opened it up to see if I could just replace the battery, The problem was everything was corroded to near death inside. The battery is not designed for easy replacement and everything is soldered in place. I found the defective components and was able to order them (IC’s & Battery) but the logic board was in very bad shape....

Chosen Solution I’ve had my iPhone since of May 2017 . Out of no where it wouldn’t charge , for hours I was going through iPhone chargers to see if they would work and wouldn’t . It would charge but it wouldn’t turn on . U would leave it charging overnight & sometimes it would turn on with only 3% battery or it wouldn’t turn on at all .
