Chosen Solution I want to improve the performance on this laptop and hope I can upgrade the RAM. I am about to open it up and see what I have but wanted to know if anyone had already been there. Chosen Solution After a day or two since I first turned on the iMac 27" i7 a week ago, a noticeable strong bad smell started to come out from the left side of the ventilation slot behind the display as you see it from the front, i.e. the right upper corner as you see it from the back; I believe this is where the power adapter is situated. The smell resembles the way brand new iMacs smell but with a much, much stronger smell, from which you get a burning-caustic feeling in your eyes (imagine a very mild tear gas feeling)....

Chosen Solution I’m not sure what’s going on, I’m starting to think it’s not a defective digitizer and maybe something wrong with the phone itself. I’ve been having this issue with an iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, and iPhone 5s. You keep swapping out the screens but constantly there is a ghost touching issue that occurs a bit later. The weird thing is, customers say it is intermittent, in other words, some days it works perfectly, sometimes a simple lock/unlock will do, other days it just leaps the screen all over the place and ghost touching goes wild....

I have an asus g55vw and apparently it was hit by water when i was sleeping (i kept it powered on because i was downloading something) and by the morning i found it was turned off and was hit by massive amount of water. after i woke up, i immediately plugged off the power cable and remove the battery but i guess it was already too late since the water may have struck in between my 8 hours of sleep....

Chosen Solution I’ve just had my second Braun 5513 stop working after (I believe) the first charge after using a few times. Both trimmers seemed to be working well with normal battery discharge and would still power on before I plugged them in. However, when I tried to turn on after sever hours of charging, there was no motor action at all. I should note that the same charger was used both times, so maybe it’s frying something but I can’t think of what else it may be....

Chosen Solution Hi, I replaced the battery and everything seems fine except the rear camera can’t focus when taking pictures close up (for example, text in a book). I upgraded to IOS 8.4 recently and can’t recall if I had this problem before so I am not sure if it is a function of me replacing the battery and something getting damaged or my recent IOS update. The battery works GREAT and I did not remove the screen and pop off the 3 connectors when replacing the battery so I don’t know....

BethanyPenguin of course it is possible to replace the LCD. your problem is going to be finding the right display. Your player is not a very common one and therefore it may be difficult to find a replacement. I’d look at places like ebay....
