Chosen Solution Hi all, my battery indicator is stuck. I have tried all the tricks I could find online such as: hard reset, reset all setting and iOS update but still no luck. Despite being low, battery lasts more then a day which suggests it’s fully charged. It’s been replaced 6 months ago. Also, battery health check shows 100% so I’m really confused. I dont want buy a new battery and still have the issue....

Chosen Solution I’ve tried multiple fixes. I’ve taken the battery out and put it back in. I’ve tried different chargers. I even went as far as using someone elses battery in its place. All in all, the phone refuses to turn on or charge. Any other options?? Sounds like something is defective. You should still be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty at this point, so get a new phone. You can sell it on eBay or you can make a teardown
Chosen Solution Eek! A few weeks ago (right after I discovered the data-& energy-saving “tether via bluetooth” function on android, sigh..) I found that my MBP showed me the “bluetooth unavailable” symbol in the icon bar: A greyed out icon with a sawtooth wave on front of it. I could not connect to any device, no submenu is shown. But: this does occur randomly! So I guess this is some hardware defect?...
Chosen Solution Just fixed my friend’s iPhone 6 Plus. He said after a day of fixing it that it was doing strange things. It wouldn’t charge past a certain percent and sometimes it’d shut off on him. Now the phone just does a straight boot loop over and over again with the Apple logo. Sometimes, when the phone isn’t plugged in and just ran off of the battery while trying to start up, it gives a red screen of death, so I’ve heard, for just a flash of a second after the apple white background screen comes up....
Chosen Solution After replacing LCD/Digitizer and putting phone back together I started up the phone. Black apple logo over a white back drop appeared, the screen blinked and went to the low battery image. (picture of empty battery with just a red sliver). Seeing how the phone hasn’t been used in a few months I assumed that the battery was probably just dead. I plugged it into the wall charger and as it was charging the phone would loop from low battery to boot logo to illuminated blank screen and repeat....
Chosen Solution Is there a way to “buff out” small to medium dings and scratches on the front panel? It seems a shame to replace the front panel since there is no degradation of sensitivity. ICE cream for macs and applesauce are 2 good polishes that might do the trick I use either an Auto Wax (like Johnson Autopudding) to clean and seal surfaces (careful about residue!) and lately PLEXUS for acrylics etc....

Chosen Solution Hi guys, Does anyone have a clue what this component is. Located near : It’s on the board of Jabra Storm which no longer wants to charge (0.01amp when plugged in). It’s receiving 5 volts (and 1.7) so the port itself is ok. When I discovered this part (in the image) it has a big black bulge on it and when I touched it with the tweezers it turned to powder, so I think is the part that blew up....
Chosen Solution My intel iMac Pc was not powering so i opened it up remove the power supply and changed the capacitor this solved the problem for a while later same problem occured fixed it again and coupled it back even with the data display cable tucked in properly the system gives sound on power up but nothing to show on display how do i fix this To verify that its the display or a display compontent, plug in an external monitor....

Chosen Solution I have an iPad 2 AT&T 64 GB that got run over by a car. The case is bent, the digitizer is smashed, half the screen works. But, the rest seems to function as it should. My wife has an iPad 2 Wi-Fi 16 GB and she is constantly running out of storage space. So, I thought I would take the 64 GB logic board out of the smashed iPad and put it in the good one to give her 4x the storage (I had recently performed a successful digitizer replacement on an iPad and felt comfortable with the procedure)....

I don’t own any of these and was wondering if I could use the metal tip of a hot glue gun to melt the glue by pressing it up against the phone. Thank you! Double check the -25C.;-) The usual causes for this error are issues with the battery connector, failed btemp line on the circuit board, bad battery, bad charging port flex....
