Chosen Solution Hi i dropped my phone the other day and the screen got a tiny crack, but now the touch doesn’t work. It’s probably something to do with the digitizer, but why is it that some phones sees to work after being dropped and others work fine? Don’t know if this is the right place to ask but I’m just quires, and wants to learn more, and i couldn’t find a answer on google....

Chosen Solution Small drop about 5 years ago gave up on it since apple quoted me very expensive repair cost, saw a video on an easy repair for backlight and thought it was worth a shot, would be nice to get it running again. Was thinking the small bump could have disconnected backlight somehow as i doubt a small bump like it was could do any major damage, when powered on could hear the audio on ipad fine and touch screen worked just completely black display....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, I have a 2011 13 inch macbook pro that only turns on if it has a battery with power in it. Here are further details: If the battery is dead, it wont boot, even with the magsafe plugged in. When a battery with power is plugged in and it has booted, when the magsafe is plugged in, the battery status says “battery is not charging”. Even if i take out the battery and just use magsafe, it doesnt boot....

Chosen Solution I bought a second hand macbook, still under warranty, apparently the last owner spilled some liquid on the equipment, causing a problem with the screen. Apple only accepts to do the repair if they change all the parts (Logic board, connector, screen), for me it’s not feasible. I can use the macbook with an external monitor without noticing problems, IO, camera, microphone, charging, keyboard, touch ID, everything works except the monitor....

Chosen Solution ive broken the glass screen and the ipod touch still works but just the glass needs to e replaced how much will it be and were can i get a new white ipod touch screen julian, you can get the display assembly at places like this like this, and if you must have the white one, you can get it from here. I strongly suggest to purchase the assembly with the LCD and digitizer fused together....
Chosen Solution My iPhone camera has gone a bit weird. It doesn’t always happen, but often in bright light there are bright pink/red, digital looking shapes which briefly flash across the display. (It might be since I photographed the eclipse ;-) Do you happen to know what the problem is and what part/s I’d have to replace to fix it? If your iPhone did not encounter liquid or a hard floor, you’d have to start by replacing the back camera and see if it solves your issue....

I was told that if I swapped it with the home button that it would work. Not that easy. You’d have to use special tools to rewrite flash memory to change the serial number, then DFU and restore iOS on the grafted device. The device enters DFU mode if you replace the main flash memory, and Apple activation servers will refuse to activate this device because the device S/N mismatches with the IMEI written into the baseband....
