The major issue I have is I have tried 3 different back cameras, I have tried hard reset and factory reset and it still doesn’t work. Is there a specific IC I need to replace? Chosen Solution Replaced battery with kit from iFixit. All is good except battery indicator freezes. A power down and restart fixes it temporarily. I have drained and recharged the battery full cycle three or four times with no change. How do I get the battery gauge to show accurate charge percentage? Sounds like a faulty battery, get them to send you out a new one, and you should be ok. :)
Chosen Solution Hi guys, I have an iPhone 6 plus battery that isn’t charging. It has been sitting discharged a long time. I’m trying to manually bring up the voltage a bit so the iPhone will accept it and charge it. The very tiny battery connector contacts at the end of the battery’s flex cable show no voltage with multimeter. I peeled back the top of the battery to measure directly from the cathode and anode terminals, bypassing the flex cable and its circuitry, and that does show voltage....

All I did is replace the screen and the only touching of the battery I did was to unplug it so I did fry the screen. Chosen Solution So I got the “black screen of death” on my iPhone 7 128gb silver on iOS 10.3 while casually using my phone the other day. The screen faded to black slowly and wouldn’t show again, I could feel the home button vibrate so I knew it was still on but the silent switch doesn’t make the phone vibrate. so I tried soft reset- didn’t work, tried letting it die then charging- didn’t work, tried update- didn’t work, finally tried restore in both Dfu and recovery mode didn’t work, so after that I assumed maybe it was the LCD so I tried a new one that didn’t work either....
