Chosen Solution At first I replaced the screen and it worked fine, but the screen wouldn’t sit flush on the top left corner. I tried pushing it down but it wouldn’t work, and now it has colored and sometimes blue/black lines running through it. I think I may have applied too much pressure. Can it be fixed? Chosen Solution So I got an SSD with El Capitan and lots of apps pre-loaded. Somehow, the only account on the computer is not the admin, so there is no admin account. How does this happen, and is there a way to forcefully create an admin? I have seen this happen a few times before and the way I have always managed to resolve it is by running a command in single user mode to modify the drive so that it thinks account creation was never done....

It repeats when foot is released from the pedal. Some of the symptoms you’re describing could also be caused by an issue with the power brake booster. Chosen Solution I’ve had this laptop for longer than I can remember. I found it and got it fully factory new. The specs are not bad (i7 and 8gbs RAM). However, my fans are always going crazy and speed is consistently slow, even with a clean Windows install.
