But if I isolate the broken imac screen by disconnecting its cables, then on the second screen I have a normal image and I see everything but the fans are full. Chosen Solution I dropped my ps4 :( and now it keeps disconnecting my controllers after a few minutes of playing, sometimes right after another. They still can connect but not for long, I already looked at replacing the antenna but if it still can connect does it mean it’s fixable or is it something more internal? Chosen Solution One of my ethernet ports has stopped working but the other 3 are still functioning. Can I just replace one of the ports or do I have to replace the entire port configuration? Unfortunately the entire set of ports has to be replaced as they are attached as a group to the logic board of the device. A future repair guide will show how to replace the logic board and with that your dud ports....

Your system (PowerPC CPU) & OS Leopard (10.5.8) is on the old side here. Apps and video standards have moved on to Intel CPU based systems and code written for them. You could try a different web browser (one that works under this hardware & OS) or start saving your Pesos for a new system....

Chosen Solution So I got a finished with this Guide and was so happy as its my first time repairing something, or so I thought as I tested it out and made a phone call where both lines of the other end could hear each other perfectly fine as usually. I came across the problem of not being able to hear notifications, so I tried playing music nothing was audible. The next day I disassemble the phone, and follow the video looking for any I may have made, the only thing that I didn’t do and the video did do was remove the old earpiece onto the new display assemble, but didn’t do that because it looked like that a new earpiece already came with the new display assemble....

I would attempt to extract it using a pair of precision tweezers such as these ones. Just be careful and don’t force anything! You don’t want to damage the contacts. After letting it sit for a while I turned it on and everything works fine except the charging. I have no light at all on the magsafe and the battery will not charge. Chosen Solution I am upgrading my standard hard drive with a samsung ssd 850, and at the same time want to add a second drive with more capacity. I purchased the Segate Backup Plus Slim and it looks like this drive is smaller than standard “laptop” hard drives. Will it still mount correctly on the bracket? My iFixit kit arrives shortly.. Update I’ll clarify. I’ve opened the case of the seagate backup plus slim with hopes that I can install it as a secondary drive opposite my ssd drive that will have Yosemite on it....
