Chosen Solution how can I replace the cable on my x12. it is broken about a foot below the control box mark, open the control box, remove the foot of broken wires and resolder the longer part back onto the control box PCB. When you unsolder the cable from the control box, mark down the color code to each solder connection. That way you get the cables right. Chosen Solution Hello, I did crack my screen on my iPhone 5s (which already had an unofficial screen) and wanted to replace it. Before usingthe suction cup I used a heat gun to apply heat. Now I basically seperated the glass+screen from the metal plate holding it and can’t access the cable required to disconnect screen. How can I lift this metal plate? Hi, Try a power reset and see if this resolves your problem. Remove the memory card and turn on the camera. Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries. Wait at least ten seconds. How can I get it to work A replacement Home Button will only work for the “click” function. The TouchID will not work. Only Apple can replace a Home Button and retain TouchID. To be honest, you might just have to get a whole new digitizer assembly, which if you might be able to exchange it out for a new one from the seller....

The minerals in the water cause corrosion and the water also provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the tablet’s operating design and could damage the components. Chosen Solution I got my screen replaced and I want to be more careful this time so I won’t easily break it so I went on and bought a Privacy tempered screen protector and as I was using it I am having some issues clicking apps, as well as typing but when I removed the protector everything works well. So I bought another tempered glass but this time only tempered but the problem is still there so I removed it again and everything is working....
Chosen Solution I replaced both an iphone 6 and 6s display assembly- with an ifixit display assembly replacement kit. The replacement went well on both phones. The only problem is the brightness and colors. When the brightness is moved to the lowest setting the phone is almost black (on both phones). I keep the brightness level on the lowest setting when I’m in a darker room but now it isn’t possible after the display replacement....
Chosen Solution Hi. I’ve been having some issues with screen replacements on the Z3. When I fit the new screen it never truly sits properly. I’ve been using the pre cut adhesive strips but these don’t seem to be adhering the screen sufficiently, especially around the sides meaning that the screen is becoming weaker due to it not sitting flush. I’m wondering what adhesive you guys use? I’ve resorted to buying the full screen/frame assembly but would like to avoid the extra cost if possible....

Chosen Solution I did a bit of an overhaul on my iPhone 5s, replacing the lighting adapter and accompaniment, then a few days later replacing the front facing camera/prix sensor cable and battery. Upon startup after the second set of replacement parts the phone seemed to work fine, but discharged amazingly quickly. I used Battery Life app to check the capacity and it was showing 100 mAh where it should have been 1550....
Chosen Solution I got a new battery for this Mac from iFixit, and I installed it following the instructions. The installation went fine. However there is one problem with this new battery. When its charge gets down to 23%, the computer turns itself off, as if it is at 0%. Is there a fix for this? That sounds like a bad battery I would contact iFixit for a replacement under warranty....
Chosen Solution Battery this model can Change or not? please advise. Personally I wouldn’t do it, because you need special screwdrivers and the screws inside the machine tend to strip easily. Repairability would be 1 out of 10, and there is no iFixit guide for changing the battery. Attempt at your own risk!
Chosen Solution I am trying to figure out the best way to mount the iPad glass to the frame. I have tried 3M Adhesive and different types of epoxy and nothing seems to work. The main problems I am having with these types of adhesive are that they don’t hold. After a while the glass will start to separate from the frame. Any ideas or suggestions please let me know.
