They are near the hinge, and under the rubber liner on the inside of the case. You call peel it back with a small, flat tool and maybe some gentle heat to soften the adhesive....

It’s a fairly well known fault in both iPhone 7 and 7+. There are various levels of symptoms, but this is often one of them, specifically if your earbuds are Bluetooth rather than connected via the lightning port and you already mentioned the greyed out options in phone calls which are extremely typical with this issue....

Chosen Solution I can’t turn wifi on manually or on the computer. Under the manual switch on the left side should there be something in that space? Because there’s nothing in there right now and I can see under my switch. If your running windows, you’ll have to get on another system and probably need to download the proper wifi driver, copy it onto a USB stick, then on the gateway run the driver install....

This could be a ram problem try removing ram one dimm at a time and trying it 1 at a time in each dimm slot. there could be one bad stick of mem or one bad dimm slot so by trying each dim stick in each slot you can eliminate the possibilitys. A static discharge is also an option ....

Chosen Solution I have not seen this issue before. When plugging into the AC adapter the charging icon keeps going on and off. I hooked it up to a known good Apple adapter and and getting the same results. We don’t seem to have a guide on this model. I have hopes that this may be the I/O board and I can just replace it.. But I don’t have a part number past the 2015 model....

Now I have the problem that either it will charge but the bottom microphone doesn’t work or the microphone works and it doesn’t charge? im at a loss You may try to update the device. If it does not work then change your charging port. try reseating the bottom board. maybe cleaning the connector helps too.
Chosen Solution Katherine, disassemble your Kindle. Follow this guide. You should check the solder connections on the micro USB port. It is very likely that they have either come totally off the motherboard or that they have micro cracks. It might be possible to reuse the old connector and resolder it, or you may have to find a new connector. If you need a new one, you could check mouser.com or digikey....
Chosen Solution I need to know how to replace the cable or repair it. If it is an USB cable that was cut then you should open your keyboard and re-solder a new cable to the PCB. Please mind to properly connect polarity of the USB power supply and Data cables. It will be 4 wires + ground so if you are handy with soldering iron then you should handle with it....
Chosen Solution So with Apple annoucning that they are intentionally slowing down older iphones because of aging batteries I have been getting a ton of customers asking me if replacing the battery will speed up their iphones again. I have to tell them I am not sure so I am here to ask all of you. Will replacing older iphone batteries speed their phones back up to normal speeds? Have you noticed iFixits’ advertising on every question....
Chosen Solution I have a relatively new battery on my iPhone 7 and it’s still at 100% of maximum capacity and it had very good battery life however now the battery life is so terrible, barely lasts a couple hours now and I’m not sure if it’s the battery since it’s still at 100% maximum capacity and I haven’t had any unexpected shutdowns. @harisahmed123 your battery may show 100% but it may no longer hold a full charge....
