Chosen Solution Setting the slide switch to the sleep setting causes the vibrator to run continuously. Has anyone else seen this issue, or have a solution? It sounds more software. I would try the settings like you said, if that doesn’t take, do a force restart, if that doesn’t take, back it up, put it into dfu, restore. If all of that doesn’t take, then we go for surgery. Chosen Solution When plugged in & switched on it will not charge Hi, Have you tried unplugging the USB cable out of the power adapter, then connecting the cable into a USB port of a turned on PC? (the speaker is connected to a PC via the USB cable to see if it charges) If it starts to charge you have a faulty power adapter. If it doesn’t, try a different micro USB to USB cable and see if it charges now....
Chosen Solution I just downloaded the dell Bluetooth 365 driver and software for my laptop and it gave me a pop up window that says, “activate Bluetooth using wireless switch” and one button to click on that says cancel installation—how do I activate said switch please? Usually there’s a switch on the outside of the laptop or maybe its a hotkey on your keyboard (you might need to download a seperate drive for keyboard hotkeys)

Your best bet would probably be to press the button in using a paper clip or something of the sort by sliding it under the door.
