Chosen Solution I think my a50 charge port is bad and it is not powering on with several cable connections i’ve tried. Any ideas on how I can find a replacement charge port to see if it works? well you can go on eBay and order a new charger port (but to get one that works open up the device and examine the piece and it should have a part number, enter that into the search bar on eBay and it should give you the item needed then when it arrives install it by first removing the old charger port and installing the new one by soldering it....

Chosen Solution Hello, There is two ribbon cables for the A1181 Macbook keyboard. The silver one and a wide transparent ribbon cable with silver stripes. I’ve broken the last one (changing the hard disk). As i m not native english, i post a pair of photos. Can this ribbon cable be repaired/replaced? Chosen Solution I have a 5s with a broken screen, like it turns on but doesn’t light up. It still senses touch, i can tell when i hold home button and hear siri I can speak and tap the screen to make it work. Now my 5c is icloud locked by some random person who scammed a friend of mine on ebay so he just gave it to me for parts and i was wondering if i can take the 5c screen, like the whole thing and put it on the 5s....

Chosen Solution My Mac Mini (finally ordered today!) will sit next to my television and I really don’t want to have a keyboard and mouse plugged into it. Wireless keyboard and mouse, sure but too much clutter/money. iPhone app that operates as trackpad and pull-up keyboard, got it already but a little too small. I want to know if I could ‘pair’ my MacBook keyboard and trackpad with the MacMini over the network....

Chosen Solution I removed all the screws and the iPhone’s motherboard is stuck and won’t budge, i even removed the sim card tray, still no luck, this is the third phone i’ve had and don’t know how to remove this stiff logic board If the SIM tray is out, then you have missed a screw. It will come out easily once all the screws are out—-make sure you’re not forgetting the 2 screws at the top case securing the antenna...

Chosen Solution Ok I replaced the crank and cam shaft sensors n this car it’s only codes it’s throwing ran before I parked it to replace the sensors and now it won’t @cbrin , Chris, are you still getting both P0335 and P0340 codes after changing both, did your erase the codes after work done? Did you install the crank sensor properly so it could be read properly(not backwards) and wires are back in position so belt can not damage....

Chosen Solution my machine is pumping out but the clothes are still heavy and wet is this a pump issue or a belt issue Sounds like it is not going into the spin cycle. Inspect the drive belt to determine if it is broken or if it is loose on the pulleys. If the drive belt is broken or loose, replace it.

Chosen Solution Hello there, after trying many things because my screens turns black (iMac 27" - 2011) i ended running an apple hardware test & yes, i got a hardware problem, the result is : 4M0T/4/40000003: HDD-1510. I couldn’t find a proprer answer to this. It is obviously related to the hard drive itself or to the hard drive’s fan. Could someone tell me what it is exactly ? So i know what to fix … I think it is more about the fan motor of the hard drive, to be sure of what we’re talking here, it is the fan on the bottom right of the iMac ?...

Chosen Solution So, I replaced my iPhone 6 cracked screen with a front panel assembly kit that includes the camera and earpiece. Everything works after the replacement fortunately, except for one: my screen brightness won’t auto adjust even if Auto Brightness is on. I have tested the front camera, ear pieces, and that the screen auto turns off if close to my ears while taking a call, and Touch ID also works fine....

Chosen Solution The original network card in my MacBook Pro Early 2011 13” does not seem to have great network range. I have tried reseating the connectors on the network board with no success. Any help would be appreciated. If you have a second mac system in the same series you could compare the signal strength. Click on the WiFi menu icon while pressing the Option key it will allow you to see the signal levels and version info....

Hi @naroo51, Looking at the user guide for the headphones indicates that the transmitter requires to be connected to the mains with an 100-240V AC / 9VDC 0.34A adapter (see image of adapter - click on image to enlarge for better viewing) and that there appears to be no batteries located in the base unit. The only batteries are the 2 x AAA NiMH rechargeable ones found in the headphones....

Chosen Solution My red wine glasses have stains. What’s the best way to clean them? UPDATE 9/16 I also noticed that lipstick is not coming off in the dishwasher. With the hard water here I end up cleaning with LimeAway. Usually rinse the glasses with water and put them in the dishwasher. But getting lipstick off seems to be tougher. Chosen Solution I have been using this laptop since 2012. Now, all of a sudden, a series of problems happened: First, bluetooth automatically disables itself, showing a jagged/squiggly line over it and displaying a “Not available” warning. From that point on, it enables and disables itself intermittently. But that’s not all. The interesting thing is that as soon as bluetooth disables the following happens in parallel: (1) WiFi immediately turns off (and won’t turn on again), (2) the internal keyboard stops working, (3) the internal trackpad stops working....

Chosen Solution I’ve been given a with a few old laptops and a bricked (icloud locked) iPhone 11 from a local repair shop that closed down. What parts of the iPhone 11 can I extract for later use? I believe the flood illuminator / front camera is locked to the motherboard which is bricked but what about the screen? Can I transfer it to another iPhone 11 without problems? Everything apart from the logic board and front camera, the lcd will work in another phone but will probably have a verification pop up and you might get that with the battery aswell as they are programmed for the original phone....

Chosen Solution My Macbook Pro has a broken logic board, the screen is fine. I have a desktop now, but my monitor is terrible compared to my broken MBP’s screen. Is there anyway I can use the MBP’s screen as my monitor? I can solder and don’t mind taking it all apart, but I’m a mechanic not really understanding all the circuit boards and stuff so all details/parts I’d need greatly appreciated....

Chosen Solution I have an iPhone X, space grey, 256gb. I’m sure some others have the same problem I am having with replacing the rear glass. That being said, I know the easier way to fix this is swapping the full housing. I am looking into doing the project and found a site where they sell the full housing and everything is already mounted up. I guess it’s a used iPhone X and maybe the motherboard was messed up....

Is there a way to test the power-on button? pop the front cover open and hot-wire it ? could work but no guarantees

You will have to use a camera from another iphone 5....
