So I started migration assistant and after hitting continue button and it started the activity it NOW shows me “7 hours and 34 minutes remaining” which is way too long for me. Can I cancel in the middle? Would it cause any conflicts? Chosen Solution I have a 2017 touch bar pro, and when I type, randomly, the cursor will end up in some other place while I’m typing. I’m guessing it has something to do with the massive trackpad. Sometimes the cursor just moves and I’ll be typing in some other sentence, sometimes it highlights entire areas of text, and I’ll type over those. I haven’t seen anything online about this issue, but everyone I know who has this model complains about the same problem....

What did I do wrong and is it savable Hard to answer without any testing, it might be a screen as well as a logic board issue. Find an adapter to an external monitor/tv and plug in your Mac to see if you still have an image at least....

Since we recently upgraded the surround sound, I was wanting to connect it back to my 24" cinema display in the office, but when I connected everything and powered on, I’m not getting any picture. Edit#1 I have tried booting without the speaker, but while pressing the proximity sensor down into place and it didn’t boot. so it must be the sensor. But if the sensor isnt being pressed down it works....
