Chosen Solution Macbook Pro 15" A1286 Mid 2009 Hello everybody, I’ve just replaced the battery with a compatible one. I’ve seen the SMT component (circled in red in the photo) over the battery connector is damaged. Anybody knows what it is and if it’s possible to replace it? Chosen Solution Hey all, I got this camera as a gift a few years ago, but never had much use for it, so I kept it stored safely in its case. I recently picked it up again, and have had it charging while plugged into my computer for about 12 hours now, but it still won’t turn on. There’s been no damage to it whatsoever. It does flash green and beep when plugged in, so one would assume it is charging… Can anyone help?...

Chosen Solution My 13 inch Macbook Pro A1502 Late 2013 LCD is just broken. I managed to get hold of an A1502 Early 2015 (EMC 2835) screen. Would that work with my macbook? I have not got the courage to fit it on in case something else might break. Thank you. No. the late 2013-2014 screens cannot be swapped with the 2015 screens or vice versa. Can i fit a A1502 EMC 2835 in to a EMC 2875 Display?...

Chosen Solution I recently installed an OEM 500GB SSD in my Macbook Pro. There seems to be some screen delamination around the camera at the top of the screen. Will my Macbook run the same if I replace the 500GB SSD with the 128GB unerased SSD (didn’t reformat). I understand the difference in performance and want to go back to the 128GB just to avoid apple voiding my warranty (under Applecare till ‘19) and will reinstall the 500GB SSD after they fix my screen....

Chosen Solution I have a MacBook Pro 13" Early 2011 (2.3 GHz) which has a damaged logic board due to liquid spill. I have tried to rescue the board by cleaning and drying but no luck. (Background info: I am trying to save the system for a friend.) Now, it seems I can get another working MacBook Pro 13"(same model, early 2011) for a reasonable price. If so, can I swap the drives from the damaged machine to the working one and get all the applications on the drive up and running again?...

Chosen Solution can’t power up my Acer Aspire 3680 because pin has been pushed in. Power cord has no contact so need to tear unit down to repair. here is the service manual for the 3680: click and here is a disassembly video: click check page 82 of the service manual - you can see the daughter board with the dc in socket - the board can be removed and fixed/replaced - the daughter board costs around 30$ on ebay (ebay numbers: 250663291316 & 250663268237)...

It is in Korean and English. Remember that the LG Optimus 2X is marketed in Korea as the SU660 and has 16GB of storage versus 8 for Europe etc. It is now on the device page....

Chosen Solution Basically the problem is this: I can load most PS3 games into my CECH-2101B PS3 and they start up just fine. However BD movies and PS3 games that are dual-layer (aside from GTA5 for some reason) do not unless I physically lift the console and hold it vertically (with the disc drive pointing upwards). Chosen Solution After installing a Mac OS Sierra Update In noticed that my 2011 15 MacBook Pro began to dim and brighten at Random. Then I noticed that the batter charging indication in the menu bar would go from solid to outlined in sync with the screen dimming. When awake the Battery takes forever to charge but when asleep it charges just fine. So I am currently charging the laptop full, then unplugging it and the dimming brightening flickering goes away....

Chosen Solution Hi everyone, I’m a bit stumped at the moment, and unsure how to proceed. Background: attempted, what seemed, an uneventful screen + rear chassis replacement on my iPhone 6 (16GB, iOS 11.4.1). No prior issues with the phone/screen- just wanted to freshen things up a bit. Using iFixit guides, I first replaced the screen and tested the new screen in-situ (working just fine), then removed the new screen and carried on with a full chassis replacement- being mindful to disconnect the battery flex before attaching/detaching the screen cables....

Chosen Solution Howdy! My hot water hose takes in water but the cold hose doesn’t. If I swap the hot water hose over onto the cold tap it will take on the cold water. If I swap the cold water hose onto the hot water tap it won’t take on the hot water. Is it just a new cold water hose? I’d be happy just to use the hot water hose on the cold tap (as i never use hot water to wash) but the machine takes on the water, does the first half of the wash, then drains and when it is meant to do the rinse cycle it just stops and pauses there....

(uncheck All and select DC Jack) There are 3 types available according to the part numbers. There are also alternatives available as well....

Chosen Solution I have the launch edition PS4 (my first mistake, I know), and right when the 1 year warranty was ending, it started emitting a loud hum and then shutting itself off about 30 seconds after the hum. I contacted Sony - and was told I was out of warranty, too bad. It got so bad that after reformatting the hard drive three times, along with everything else everyone told me to do, that my console would shut off as soon as I turned it on....

Chosen Solution Hello, I have an out of warranty Surface Pro 4 that I have been using since early 2016 with little issue, but recently the CPU fan has starting making a buzzing sound. It started a few days ago, and I assume my computer must have overheated or otherwise overloaded the fans while I was playing a video game. It is not whooshing air, it is a full on mosquitio-type buzzing....

Chosen Solution hi to all, I was trying to replace charging chip on an iPhone 6. In the past I use to solder the laptop and desktop motherboards but nothing this small as the iPhone 6 motherboard. Anyway, I used the heat gun, some flux, and everything seemed ok but later under the microscope I noticed that there are few round circle pins missing. I probably didn’t heat the motherboard enough and while removing chip I probably tore the trace and removed with those small copper pins....

Chosen Solution I bought BCM94331CSDAX (this model is for 2015 15” MacBook Pro model) instead of BCM94360CS that 2015 13” MacBook Pro needs, now I’m having trouble, the WiFi is not working but the Bluetooth works perfectly, when I try to install Windows 10 using BootCamp to test if WiFi and Bluetooth works surprised that it actually worked fine and it’s fast. My question is, is there any work around to manually install the driver for this?...
