Chosen Solution i know my title stink but i have been having this problem lately i will start up my mac first thing it is ask me for is to change date and time than i start doing whatever i need to do and boom shut down. so i try to boot it up again and it shut down during the middle of the boot i have to do this ten more time before it boots up i am complete lost i have tried everything and still don’t know what it could be i was going to take it to apple to see if i can get a free diagnose but would rather figure it out without have to drive there i just replaced the battery not to long ago and hard drive with hard drive wire in the past month but this used to do it before just more frequently now....

Chosen Solution in my I phone 5s camra and flash light is not working they need cool down Flash light needs the camera to be working to be enabled. If you notice excessive heat either the camera or a component along camera circuits are getting bad. On a DIY basis you can try replacing the camera, but if that doesn’t clear your issue you’d need a microsoldering technician assistance. If this is cause by temperature I believe you could have some hardware issue (component) issue....

I have looked into it, there is not any physical damage to either wifi/gps antenna, or celluar antenna that i can see, nor on the connections, but i went ahead and ordered the new wifi antenna and celluar antenna. but is there a way i could check if the IC chips are bad or something? Chosen Solution I notice the voltage of the Air PSU is lower - 14.5V vs. the 16.5V the white MacBook uses. Will this harm the MacBook Air PSU or the MacBook? I don’t mind if it doesn’t charge the battery - I don’t even have one for the matter. Just want to diagnose. There most likely will not be enough current/amperage for the MacBook to power on without some added boost from the battery....

Chosen Solution The top piece of the connector broke. Can I place the ribbon cable and tape it down to hold in place or is it done for? Don’t tape it, solder a new connector on. A broken connector is never going to ruin a good board if you know how to solder.

Chosen Solution issues with original hdd,tried to wipe&reload, still showed more space used than size of drive! and then it locked me out of root,system,library, and app folders entirely, stating i did not have privilege to see files, decided to replace hard drive,wiped the original internal drive-thought i mite use for an external time machine drive in external enclosure,i upgraded from seagate 1TB to Seagate 2TB internal hdd, also added additional RAM -2 more 4GB strips(total 16GB-4x4GB) ....

Chosen Solution Yesterday afternoon I came to the iMac and discovered the screen had gone black except for a White Circle with a Cross through it.. Google search advised this was due to a system corruption with the OS not being able to recognise/map to the HD. I followed the advice of rebooting using the “Command+R” key hold down, checking the main drive using the Disk Utility, however before I could proceed to reinstalling operating system the HD was not being properly recognised....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have recently replaced a screen on a phone. Touch screen works fine BEFORE connecting the Earpiece/Proximity Sensor/Front Facing Cam. Upon connecting the Front Cam cable, the touch screen becomes unresponsive. As a process of elimination I have tried two other screens along with 3 new front cam cables. I thought it may of been the first screen so I fit a new one to the phone to which the issue still persists....

Chosen Solution Hi there, After replacing the initial HDD with a Seagate 1TB SSHD while removing completely the optical drive (due to breakdown) there seems to be a constant fan noise from the right side. Any suggestions? Hopefully you left the thermal sensor still connected that was on the optical drive when you pulled it.
