Although there was a SIM Card in the slot, the owner of the iPad told me that he doesn’t need or work via the SIM Card but via Wifi only. Chosen Solution Hi, I have an old Ipad I got at the dump. I took it apart, ripped the dead battery cells out and replaced one of the cells with a lithium battery backup cell I got also at the dump. Not sure if this is dangerous to only have one cell in there, that’s not the same mah. How does the Ipad determine the battery percentage? It says it’s charging up to 100% then drops down to 50% immediately....

Given its age it was likely bad from the start. iFixit offers a year warranty do you still have your paperwork to see if you can get a free replacement. Chosen Solution I have been searching for a decent adhesive which I can use for Ipads. I have about 3 different types but do not seem to be a great alternative and the screens work loose. Any good tape out there? I use the Tesa 61395 Tape after closing the screen i keep pressure on the sides for like 5 mins and screen should not come off. I agree with Nicky, the Tesa Tape is great....

Once you have it replaced You will have a known-good start point if you need to troubleshoot your blackberry further. If a new battery does not work , you will have to take a deep dive onto the circuitry etc.

Chosen Solution Stuck cartridge. Black Cartridge installed in Dell V313w installed with back sticking up. Cannot be removed by pressing thumb on back of cartridge and release at front of cartridge. The cartridge looks like a tongue and groove system, where the tongue or lip of the cartridge is installed first with the tongue in the groove for alignment. Replaced the back housing, button flex, power flex, new speaker… I don’t know which is the cellular antenna but I’ve done everything right and from little research, the cellular antenna is the one lies in top of the loud speaker. The cold start valve is normally located on the intake manifold or somewhere close to that. It has a fuel line and an electrical connector, and looks alot like a fuel Injector. I tried Resetting the PRAM, SMC… I connected an external monitor and nothing happened, until booted in safe mode. I managed to retrieve my info and boot into recovery (via external monitor) to format and re-install OSX. Did a clean install and it still wont boot....
