Chosen Solution Hi! I have an iPhone 6 which I did a screen replacement for. When ever I snap the screen onto the phone fully and put some pressure on the screen– blue/purple marks show up. There’s one in particular that shows up right above the home button and appears when there is a slight pressure applied on the bottom part of the screen. Pressing the home button with more than just a finger nail triggers this too....

Chosen Solution Bought a gs7 used, it appears that is was once a company phone. When I turn it on it warms up and says a company name and some email and it won let me go any further, is there a master reset or anything I can do? Chosen Solution My tablet won’t charge so I went to order a new charging port to fix it my self. I ordered it but once ordered I noticed it was for a 10 in instead of 7 in. So will it still fit? Even if it does fit the circuit lines on the charging port flex is most likely different. You need to be careful which model number charging flexes you use on other models....

Chosen Solution When I look inside the barrel plug on the Chromebook, there is a small tongue of metal that catches the male plug of the power adapter. I can bend it down enough and angle the male plug enough to plug it in, but when the plug is removed, the metal flap again blocks plugging in the male plug. Chosen Solution I’ve been noticing this pretty much ever since I bought the car. When I accelerate moderately from a stop or slow speed (5 to 10 km/h), I can feel the car jerk fairly harshly - enough to throw you forward in your seat. Right before RPMS start to get around 2500 - 3000. This doesn’t happen if I accelerate slowly, if I’m already moving at a decent speed and I floor it, or when I’m decelerating....

Chosen Solution CD part turns on and door opens but won’t play CD. Can this repaired? So the CD spins? And after a few seconds the display says No Disk or something similar? Probably a laser problem. Unfortunately in my experience it’s rarely a dirty lens as it’s tucked away out of the way of dust, but certainly check for any stray hairs on or around the lens. But take EXTREME CARE in cleaning the lens as it’s suspended on very fine wires which are easily broken....

Chosen Solution Since I replaced the battery in my iPhone 5 the cellular service has been unreliable. The phone may show full bars, but outgoing calls will fail 9 out of 10 times. The service indicator will change from LTE to 3G to No Service to E (error?) in any sequence. Incoming calls often go straight to voice mail. Calls that do succeed often fail halfway through. The Apple store and my provider both think the fault lies with my device....

Chosen Solution PP3V0_TRISTAR & PP1V8_SDRAM are having 0 volts and no short to ground. Does this mean the tristar chip is is bad? I already checked the main rails off course. They don’t have a short but the voltage was too low (0,5 volts on VCC_MAIN) You don’t say much on the history of this device and why it is being repaired. Logically speaking, if PP3V0_TRISTAR is giving you 0V and you don’t measure a short on that rail, then it is more likely to be a problem with the PMIC (U1202)....

Chosen Solution Hello! I bought an used macbook a1342 with an 128gb ssd (samsung pro) and 16gb mushkin ddr3. The notebook looks in mint condition, but I have a battery problem. It’s a replacement by Lavolta brand. Coconut battery shows 100% health and 60 cycles (i bought it 2 weeks ago with 54 cycles) and 6006 mAh. Manufacture date 15.06.2015 (4 years old…). On microsoft office, itunes music or stuff that doesn’t eat cpu or gpu it lasts ~3 hours, but on youtube it’s less than an hour....

Chosen Solution It got dropped on the ground from a feet and a half then it starts to have problem. I ‘ve confirm one of the wheel is not moving, that’s why it was turning instead of moving forward. Chosen Solution My iMac g5 17 inch turns on you can hear chime and fans start blowing screen stays black. All 3 LED lights are on but nothing on screen I’ve had iMac G5s “snap out” of this mode (albeit sometimes only temporarily) when I reset the PMU/PRAM. Also, sometimes the capacitors aren’t specifically “bulging” at the waist, so to speak, but sometimes in the early stages the tops of the capacitors get a little pointy, if that makes any sense, when they are starting to bulge....
