Chosen Solution A friend gave me their old Verizon 6S phone I took it apart I like to use the LCD digitizer display to please a small pixelated blemish on my T-Mobile phone before training back in under the warranty come to find out the Verizon screen has an additional component or ribbon that is not the same on the T-Mobile motherboard is it possible to use this LCD screen from Verizon or do I have to buy new one specifically made for a T-Mobile phone?...

Chosen Solution I have a macbook pro but its starting to get very dusty in there! The side indicates that it is at 0% but still has a small charge. I want to take it out can i do this? I agree with @a_i_takeover , there’s no point in removing battery to dispose of dust around it, just blow it clean with canned air. What will really benefit your Mac would be cleaning nicely the fan and the heatsink and replacing thermal paste which by now would probably be hard and dry, with little thermal conductivity left....

I believe I can do the repair, however, I have found out that you can’t do it with an aftermarket screen, only originals. iFixit screens are probably the closest to the original that you can get so that’s the only reason I’m asking. Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6, it has had trouble finding a network (it says can’t find network or searching even though I do have service ), some days it can some days it can’t. We have tested the SIM card and even though my sim doesn’t seem to fit great, I tested my moms sim on mine and it still didn’t work. I have tried all trouble shooting and network resets and all that , it’s not my carrier either....

Chosen Solution Just looking to retain home button function, I am not concerned about retaining Touch ID. If it can’t this is going to push along of schools into paying for apple care. Replacing the Home Button will not retain the TouchID functions but it will allow you to “push to click”. If you want to change the HB yourself, check out this guide. Nathan, On the iPad 6 if you replace the home button it will continue to work as a home button without Touch ID....

Chosen Solution Is it possible to replace the cracked screen or do I have to face the horror of buying another TV? abioduncity, while it is possible to replace the LCD, it will be more expensive than a new TV. It is very difficult to even find a LCD that size as a replacement, then the cost for the panel and shipping will be more than a new TV. Keep the TV with the broken LCD and check sites like Craigslist, Ebay etc....

Chosen Solution I don’t know if this is true or not, but I’ve been told that replacing a MacBook Pro battery with an after-market (generic) battery can damage the logic board. Of course the only people telling me this are the ones who work for Apple Service Centers. Does anyone know of any reason why a generic battery designed for a specific Mac model would pose a problem?
