It still works perfectly except the fact that the front camera takes blurry photos…light seems to be seeping in through the cracks and thus makes the photos look too bright and sort of whitewashed. So I was thinking that maybe it’s better if I just take off the cracked parts in front of the front camera.. or is that a bad idea?...

The problem I have is every time an app updates it automatically goes back to device storage and I have to manually switch it back to the sd card. Is there any way I can have the apps always stay on the sd card even after an update?...

Billy, you’re the one with both machines, you should be better able to answer this than any of us. They are different series machines and the parts may or may not be interchangeable. If perchance you don’t have the second machine, save yourself a lot of headaches and just get the correct parts....
Chosen Solution voice messages aren’t working, voice memo isn’t working, can’t record videos, can’t use Siri, can’t hear phone calls and can’t be heard during them either no matter if they’re outgoing or incoming. The speaker button, voice memo and record buttons are all still there, they aren’t grayed out. When I try to record a video theres a delayed button press sound, the timer doesn’t show I’m recording, and it stops recording on its own a few seconds after I press record, with no video added to my recents....
Chosen Solution So I’ve got a Late 2011 MacBook Pro 15” that was in storage for about 2 years. It’s got 494 charge cycles at the time of posting but the issue is it’s barely making 2 hours from full to dead flat just using around 3 tabs on chrome. I charge it around 3 times a day. Is there any way to ‘re calibrate’ or do something that will bring the battery back to life after being stored for so long or will I just have to replace it....
Chosen Solution I bought a used macbook air off ebay and was told it was tested for weeks and worked fine before receiving, including the battery. When I first powered it up the screen showed for a split second then turned off and would not turn on. I connected a charger to it, and everything about the macbook works perfect except for these battery issues: The charger stays in the Amber color forever, it never goes green The battery symbol at the top right corner is missing....
Chosen Solution I replaced my battery with an iFixit battery in Dec 2021. Worked reliably for many months. Now, after updating MacOS to Monterey, battery is not recognized at all. Thus, the battery doesn’t charge and I can only operate the computer with it plugged in. If I accidentally dislodge the MagSafe connector the machine just shuts off. I have tried resetting SMC. No joy. CoconutBattery can’t see the battery either....
Chosen Solution My iPhone battery has been shutting off at like 20% all the time so I figured I needed a new battery…..followed directions exactly while replacing my iphone 5 battery. The battery will not charge at all. The charging icon comes on and it makes a sound when plugged in but the percent wont go up at all. Put the old battery back in my iphone and the same thing....

Chosen Solution my ram was loose & when I started it after correcting that, I get black & white stripes after the chime rings. No apple icon appears Loose connection ? Test both the RAM and the slots by using one stick of RAM at a time in each of the slots. Restart after each change and see if it is a slot or the RAM.
Chosen Solution I cracked my screen so I changed the screen will turn on but can’t see anything you can here it vibrate when getting call so I change the digitizer and still same thing. What else do I need to do Stephanie, It looks like you got a bad screen, your best bet will be to get a warranty replacement from whoever you bought it from (iFixit has a year warranty), and to replace the screen again....
Chosen Solution Ok so this person asked me to fix their iphone 4s because it would only work when plugging it into the computer. However I later discovered that the connection from the FPC battery connector onto the logic board had been broken off and one of the connections is completely broken off and I can take it right off the board. I was wondering if anyone had the best way to approach this problem....
Chosen Solution I removed the bottom piece f the case so I could remove a jammed CD from the DVD drive. This was done successfully but the 14 screws that attached the dvd drive and the bottom case were accidentalkly thwon away need replacing can i get these Looks like they are available right here MacBook Pro 15" Unibody (Late 2008-Early 2009) Screw Set and here as well and you can download the screw location for your computer from here....

Hi, As you know water and electronics and electricity are not a good mix. The water causes corrosion and provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the Ipod’s operating design and could damage the components....

Chosen Solution Hi. I maxed out the RAM to 16gb/added an SSD and installed Catalina on it. Fans are loud even on idle with nothing running (with or without activity monitor). I’ve tried iStatistica Pro, TG Pro and Fanny to detect/control fans and detect temperature but none of them help with that. I’m using TG Pro on my MBP 2015 and it works perfectly fine. On TG Pro it says it detects the temperatures for the HDD/SSD but that no fans are /the option is N/A....
Chosen Solution I have a bad boy zero turn 27 horse! We have changed the fuel filter, fuel pump and it has fresh gas! We still can’t get fuel to pump. We have cleaned the air filter and everything. Please help @ematthews1 a big reason for the exact number of your model is that there maybe a fuel solenoid between the fuel bowl and the main jet. If that does not turn on you will not get any fuel....

Chosen Solution Can I install office on the Asus transformer mini Hi, A quick look at the specs say that it should work. Perhaps the CPU might make it a bit slow as well as only having 4GB of RAM. Also the small screen might create some problems but not sure of this. Try installing LibreOffice or OpenOffice (both free, compatible with and comparable to MS Office) and see if it works....
