Chosen Solution I have successfully replaced a couple of lightning connectors in the past, but this time the phone won’t turn on and the screen remains black. When I charge the phone there is a continuous clicking/ticking noise, which I think is coming from the battery. I have disconnected the battery port since I wasn’t sure about the noise. Any idea what the noise is? Should I try to replace the battery or is it some other connection which I should try?...

Chosen Solution I am getting dark overlay on my Thinkpad T440s at the middle of the screen which is FHD+Touch, this dark overlay don’t always appear, sometime it appear after laptop start and disappear itself after few seconds and sometime when it appear I have to tilt the screen to make it go away sometime it appear that it hardly noticeable and sometime it dark enough to easily noticeable… If I put slight pressure at the bottom right side of the screen where dark overlay start this dark overlay go away!...

Chosen Solution My iphone 5, the apple logos just keep looping. I’ve tried to restore it but the problem is it just connect when the screen was totaly goes off (that i had to press the lock and home button). And everytime the progress was entering the recovery mode the connection was disconnect because the screen turned on. Anyone have the same issue or got the solution for this problem? Chosen Solution I have an iPad Air model A 1475, the battery doesn’t charge any more. In the App Store in Argentina they diagnosed it and said the battery was ok, it is the the battery connector that is not working. Do you have a battery connector replacement for this model? Thank you! There is no standalone connector on the iPad air unfortunately, the connector is part of a cable directly soldered to the logic board....

Chosen Solution My rear camera started shaking and only taking blurry pictures. I tried restoring the phone with no change. I then replaced the rear camera with one from ifixit which then only showed a black screen. They sent me another one and tried again with the same result. Anyone have a similar experience or some advice? I should have mentioned that I put the original camera back in and this one displays the old shaking image vs the black of the replacement cameras....

Chosen Solution 1994 Subaru rs legacy twin turbo. my Subaru is blowing a lot of blue smoke and has all of oil all of a sudden and not boosting . the turbo is making a metal on metal rubbing sound??? what could it be??? thanks. Sounds like the oil feed lines aren’t feeding your turbos. These are usually held on with “banjo” bolts on top of the turbo. Look for oil leaks anywhere on the engine and make sure that the feed lines are clear....

Chosen Solution My daughter uses this Mac Air (2011, Solid State Hard drive), which is upgraded to 10.9 OS. When it is turned on, I see the usual Apple logo and spinning wheel at the bottom. After a few seconds these disappear, and a message pops up saying that the Hard Drive is full and that I need to erase some files to make more room. Chosen Solution Hi all, My Macbook air’s screen remains black (so does the backlight and rear Apple logo) and remains not visible in the Displays System Preference. An external screen works perfectly with the Mac, but it remains the only device visible. I’ve reseted the NVRAM, SMC, reinstalled the system, nothing changes, the main screen remains desperately black. An Apple Hardware testing (with my external display) indicates that nothing is wrong....

Chosen Solution I want to solder the cables because my socket is broken. But I don’t know the color order of cable. can anyone help? I just checked a cable to see if I could be of any help but all cables are sealed to the connector with a dark rosin and can’t see the color order even under the microscope. Unless you find someone who’s ready to willingly destroy a good cable and slice away the rosin to find out what the order is, I doubt you’ll be able to find the info anywhere....
