Chosen Solution Hello I have a 2013 iMac 21.5 with what I believe a fried logic board. The back light of the screen went out so obviously I bought a new screen and hoped it would fix it but, nope. Anyway I decided to take the whole interior apart and eventually got to the logic board and found a burned area next to the ram attachment area and I was wondering if this could be the reason why the back light no longer works....

Chosen Solution I replaced the battery. I was super careful - no problems ie accidental rough handling. But now when I receive a phone call, the call is super distorted. I have done a hard reset. The speaker works fine (I removed it during the repair) and my microphone works well too. Calls via Bluetooth are normal. Can anyone offer an insight as to what might be wrong? Thanks. It was the small cable connector to the cameras and speakers in “the notch” at the top of the screen....

Chosen Solution Cracked the front glass on my iPhone 4, are there any repair options? You have to replace the whole screen assembly on this model. This previously asked question might also help you out, Tom.

Chosen Solution I bought a used iMac for parts off of Craigslist. I replaced the PSU and it’s still not running. The Genius’s claim it’s the logic board and unfortunately eBay isn’t turning up ANY results for 2010 logic boards. Chosen Solution I have a late 2009 27inch i7 IMAC with 1 TB. I want to upgrade my IMAC to a 4TB and 32GB RAM. Can my Imac handle it? And if yes. Do you have any recommendation for a 4TB drive? Chosen Solution This device has a very strange date & time issue (maybe multiple issues). Auto time/date will not automatically detect the timezonewill not automatically adjust to the correct time Maintain time/date the time will count upwards as normal until the screen is locked for roughly 10 minutes (sleep)once the device resumes from sleep (unlock) it will display the time that was registered immediately prior to sleeping - and will continue to count upwards as normal from there Manually setting time/date when manually setting the date & time, the day/month scroll will sporadically change - for example: above the selector bar will show 9 May, below the bar will show 11 May but inside the bar will show 26 Oct (all just example dates)....

Chosen Solution Hi can anyone help identify the component which should be located in this photo circled in red , it was missing and the small component next to it was off its pads looks like pry damage to me . It is near the short connector which go’s to the display. zxw tools doesn’t seem to be much help with this board .. Board is 820–00180-B . I just checked a mini 4 board I have on the bench....

Chosen Solution Hi, I’ve replaced my battery in the iPhone SE 1st gen and it now won’t boot, but there’s backlight and vibration. One big problem is that my home button doesn’t work (not due to the above) so I can’t do a hard reset. What could be the problem, and what to do? The fact that you have backlight and vibration tells me the phone is likely still alive in there and is probably booting just fine, it’s just having a hard time communicating with the display....

Chosen Solution Only worked for a short period now won’t turn on & doesn’t do anything even when charging! Is this fixable & if so how much will part’s cost! Tablets like brand new! Check to see if this tablet is still under warranty. Seeing how Android 4/5 is the operating system, this is not worth fixing.

Chosen Solution I red on the internet that the PS4 v1 was working both on 220v and 110v, despite that the device was stating 220v. What about the new PS4 slim? ALL PS4 consoles are dual voltage. The Slim uses like the Fat an PSU with active PFC. And in all countries the same PSU is used. 110-240V AC 50 & 60 Hz. To make different PSUs for different countries is to expensive these days....

Chosen Solution Hello, I have purchased an MSI GS43VR 6RE “Phantom Pro” over Christmas and it been really laggy, I have tried lots to fix it, but no luck. The lag is not only when I Play on it, it also when watching movies or videos. Things that I have tried: Updating All Drivers Factoty Reset the computer with CD provided by MSI Updating all drives again With an External Mouse it works normaly at 60fps locked, when use trackpad it drops to 20fps....

Chosen Solution One day my laptop turned off, since I don’t use it too often I thought it was cause it’s dead so I plugged it in and went to work when I come back it’s still dead I checked the charger and nothing was wrong the charger didn’t seem to be broken I left it resting for a few days. No they are not as the logic boards are different and they mount with screws in different locations and are not interchangeable. The mounting area for volume, mute and power switch ribbon cable is different as well....
