Chosen Solution So someone dropped a phone off to me telling me they are stuck in a boot loop. I tried restoring and updating the iPhone and the iPhone disconnects while trying to do this. The customer then told me he tried replacing a battery and the first time the boot loop would go to a red battery and restart. He replaced the battery again and now it just shows the apple logo and restarts....

I hv tried changing cables also(Type C) still its not starting. please suggest hariom gangwar not quite sure what you mean by this “battery reduced “ but I’ll assume you mean the battery went down and did not longer work. Since you already tried a different cable I suggest that you change the battery. IF nothing else it will provide you with a known-well starting point for further troubleshooting....

The ATI HD 2600 is definitely a substantial upgrade to the 2400. And would certainly be worth it if you regularly exceed the 2400’s maximum capabilities. Unfortunately there is a bit of drama involved. You’ll have to update your firmware to get the system to recognize the card....

Chosen Solution My SE has a loose earphone socket. I am positive it is the SE socket and NOT the earphones plug. I have tried the earphones in several other devices OK I have tried other earphones in the SE socket and experience same loose plug static. I can physically manipulate the socket left/right to make a temporary connection but does not stay connected. Again, it is the socket, NOT the earphone plug…multiple earphones have same loose fit and static....

It finally went out for good today after shorter and shorter durations of the backlight working (it would go out, I’d restart or close and re-open the laptop and it would come on for a few minutes then the backlight would flick out again, repeat and repeat). The 2020 iMac screen’s part number is 661-16087 (non-nano glass) or 661-16088 (nano-textured glass); the 2019 uses part number 661-12558. I doubt they’re interchangeable, especially since (alert: bigger problem ahead) replacing the screen on a 2020 iMac requires the use of Apple’s System Configuration utility before the display will work....

Remove the HDD so that the SSD can sit in its’ position and you will have to buy a ‘caddy’ so that the HDD can be installed in the ODD position....

I read on alot of sites that the digitizer cable breaks easily. I don’t think I broke it cause I was very careful but I did have to fold it over after plugging it in. Since the whole coil just makes contact with a group of 7 contacts (is leads the right term?) is it possible to permanently solder the contacts in some pattern so that the phone “thinks” the coil is still there? I need this because without it, the phone won’t charge. It gives a “battery temperature too low” (or high, can’t remember) warning....

This actual error code does not exist in the HP Maintenance and Service Guide under heading “Diagnostic front panel LEDs and audible codes”. Power Supply tested good (fans run); replaced SODIMM with known working module; replaced CPU with known working CPU. I just read the manual and it does explain what red LED and 5 beeps is....

Around that broken one there are a couple of more capacitors with the same type of code on it. A1 V7 with a withe dot in a corner. I like to replace that broken one, but it is really hard to find out what type it is for replacement....
