Chosen Solution I would like to replace the broken power jack/charging port on this phone. I know that the part itself is cheap, but wonder if the work is difficult. Kathleen, follow this guide. the charging port is soldered to the motherboard. Remove the board, unsolder the port and replace it with a new one. Hope this helps, good luck. Chosen Solution I recently busted my iPad mini 2. Both the LCD and the screen are broken. To avoid paying over $80 in replacement parts, can I use the LCD from my iPad mini 1 and buy a new screen and digitizer? The iPad mini 1 is pretty old, and when the screen got replaced, it was replaced with a bad screen and started ghost touching. It’s basically useless. To me, someone with very little knowledge of technology, this seems like a logical solution, but then again, I know very little in this area....

Yes, I have enabled access to install them, but when I have to choose between ‘cancel’ and ‘install’, only the cancel button works. The install button does not respond at all. Have tried to reboot it, also tried other APK files. Would be nice if someone could help me out! You can always use another program to install apks beside the default one....
Chosen Solution If I install a 10.5 Leopard system in a iBook 12" 1064MHz, would it be boot/running in a iBook 14" 1,33GHz? Usually if you just install it to the point where it is done with setup AND personal setup, when the Desktop is first displayed, turn off the computer, take the Hard Drive out and move it to the other machine. My other recommendation if you have a FireWire Cable is to hook the Machines together and put the iBook you want to install OS X to into Target Disk mode by pressing the T key upon boot, hooking it up to the iBook 12, and running the installer on the 12-inch iBook, and ultimately just going through the normal install process, paying attention to install to the FireWire Target Media....

Now, what I think is the reed switch that is activated by the screen closing is either not working or isn’t connected properly. I did do a RAM upgrade once I got my mac back from the store. Chosen Solution I have 2 nikon flash units. SB 600 and SB 800 Both sat for 3 years and the batteries corroded. I cleaned the battery cntacts and the SB 80 will turn on but will not fire. Chosen Solution Near the thumb-scoop there appears to be a small crack running parallel to the case (follows the curve of the scoop) and is about the length of the trackpad button. It is only small but is there something I can do without replacing the entire case? You have to show it to your local Apple Service Provider. Chosen Solution The screen displays but there is no backlight. I tried swapping out the LCD panel but it still doesn’t backlight. It boots up and everything loads but the screen is black. I can see the image with a flashlight. Chosen Solution My acer laptop charging adapter is not fixed (moving a litle bit when plugging in) because some of the material which restrict the degree of freedom(fix it so it can’t move) was broken. Ended up with blinking light and not constant charging (I need to try moving the charger cabel on the plugging side and when play with it back and forth or turn it around in order to find the touch spot it starts charging but after a while it starts to blink again) ....
