Chosen Solution There are several generations of the IPhone with different models for that generation i.e. Verizon vs AT&t. As I understand you can buy separate the lcd, front panel, or whole display assembly for the IPhone up to the 3gs model and you can successfully transfer the home button and speaker from the would be broken display to the knew display, reattach, and then the phone should work....

Chosen Solution I spilled some juice on my Macbook, but quickly took out the battery and waited till it dried to see if there was serius damage. When I turned it on again, half of the screen was totaly black so I got a little scared, but as it started to load the screen came to life. When the desktop appeared it seemed as tere was no problem at all, my info was still on the hard drive, the speakers worked well, the mouse pad, everything… even the screen was totally iluminated by then....

Chosen Solution I need some early diagnostic of my iPhone. The battery drain really fast. Standby time is only around 8 hours, normal use is about 2 to 3 hours. It also tend to heat pretty high during usage. It also never showing battery usage info in battery menu in setting. I’ve tried to consult with some technician, he said my battery is worn out but I kinda feel it’s something else because the symptoms were a bit different....

Chosen Solution I managed to accidentally rip one of the cables that go inside the display. Is it beyond repair? Because I know that you can disassemble the display, but I am not sure that would actually help. Or getting a new assembled display is the only option? Not good ;-{ Time for a new display there is no means to repair or replace this cable. This ribbon cable connects directly to the glass LCD display similar to how the iMac T-CON is attached as you can see here...

Chosen Solution I have the macbook pro with the new butterfly 2 keyboard, and trying to clean the “S” key i broke the butterfly hinge. I bought a new piece online but i don´t know if it is possible at all to replace since the plastic dome seems to be glued to the chasis. What would be the best way to replace it without disassembling the whole laptop? Can i pop off the dome by brute force and “glue” the new one?...

Chosen Solution My OS is still 10.6.8 because I just got my logic board replaced by another one, cause mine had a problem and the computer didn’t work for 4 years. I just got it back and from what I can see I should be able to install High Sierra or another OS but it says it doesn’t has anything to update and through app store High Sierra asks 10.8 or recent to be able to be installed....

Chosen Solution I can’t fix the broken LVSD connector right now so I was wondering if I could power the Mac up to use it with an external monitor (if it actually even works with the LVSD connector broken, I dunno). In other words is it true that I could further damage my logic board by using my iMac with that connector broken? PS. Chosen Solution I have slow macbook, and I’ve maxed the RAM. I just bought a SSD, and it’s on its way here. Can I physically replace the HDD with the blank SSD and insert my original install disks (i think I had leopard) to install from? Then upgrade back to Mavericks? Chosen Solution I started a reinstall of OSX Tiger on my old iMac with the intention of selling it on. I have installed Disc 1 without any problems, but when using install Disc 2 I am told there have been errors installing the software and to try installing again. I’ve tried cleaning the disc, which is admittedly a bit scratchy (as it was when I got it), but this had not had any effect....

Chosen Solution the lens on my canon sx 50 hs is stuck in the out position. I want to fix it myself. Depending on what happened you may find this is not something you want to try to fix. If you dropped the camera then you have likely damaged some parts which will need to be replaced. Given the complexity and the special alignments needed you will not be able to bring this back to the same level of performance as it had when new....

Chosen Solution Why would my temperature gage stop working after I replaced the coolant temperature sensor on my 2003 e150 van and I tried the paper clip in the harnis side and it took my gage to hot so I know it’s not the connection Prime possible reason: wrong part. Second most likely reason: improper install or loose connection.

Chosen Solution They just stopped working with no reason - 100% no liquid damage - no battery corrosion - no dust - battery fully charged - at evening they were working - in the morning not. Strange thing is - EVERY SINGLE key works - just keys from 1 to 9 not (0 key works) I’ve got 3 the same keyboard - other are working - this one not :(...
