Chosen Solution Hello, I have an A1398 - 15” Retina with broken display. I found an A1285 15” Retina. Is it possible replace my display with this A1285 display? Sadly, you can’t swap out your display as Apple altered quite a few things during the A1398 series year to year. I hope you are sitting down! People are just not giving up their MacBook Pro 15” retina’s! They want the ports it offers....

Chosen Solution Hi, First off, I think that there was a sticky liquid of some sorts that came in contact with my phone. The back of my phone beside the battery is sticky. Also, my mic isn’t working when I am using the earpiece, but it does work when I use speakerphone. Could I attempt to fix the issue by submerging the motherboard in 91% isopropyl alcohol? Are there any risks involved with this?...

Chosen Solution Hello, I want to ask you all if i can use a US/UK Backlight foil on a german keyboard.I ask you because the shift and Enter-key differs from the german layout. Thanks for your feedback Chris It will fit but you may see that the backlight is not uniform with the enter key. A small minor thing but unless you absolutely need to change the backlight I would keep with the original backlight film....

Chosen Solution My Iphone6s screen is shattered but my digitizer and touch is working fine. Can I use 6g screen moving 6s digitizer? no the screens are slightly different. repeat they are not the same. the iphone 6s screen has a few more features on them that the iphone 6 does not have and the glass is different Connectors are different as well. I fix both and saw that right away....

There are two versions of the upper case which makes alterations tough. Your Slovakian system Slovak - (SL) uses what we call an ISO keyboard layout which is different than the North American (English) model. If you need a more US style of keyboard layout you could go with the English, Great Britain - (B) or English, International - (Z) version both are based on ISO keyboard layout....

Chosen Solution Hi everybody! I was in the process of cleaning each invididual key on my MacBook, and I accidentally ripped part of the “A”-button’s membrane underneath the key. Is there a simple way to replace this, or is it way to complicated to even begin with? The button works fine, but provides less feedback when pushing it, compared to the others. Sadly you can’t replace it, you might be able to glue it but this won’t be easy and will require a steady hand....

Chosen Solution when my daughter connects the iPod to her laptop it forces the computer to shut down and restart. when she connects it to my laptop it works fine. she has a dell laptop, i have an IBM laptop. my son also has a dell and my daughter encounters the same situation using his computer. any ideas? Chosen Solution My MBP is about 4 years old, and the old battery had a cycle count of 1000+ so I bought a replacement last week and replaced it myself. Everything worked great (patted myself on the shoulder) until a few days ago I noticed it wasn’t charging. The green LED indicator is on so I think the Magsafe isn’t broken. Chosen Solution Today I was using my phone when all of the sudden my screen went black. I tried resetting it in DFU mode, error 4005. I read that the front camera could cause that issue, so I opened up my phone, naturally unplugged the battery and then the front camera. I replace the battery connector but not the plate over it. I was able to get my phone to restart back into working condition....

Chosen Solution Hi, the title says it all. I saw a glitchy pixel line at the top flickering a few seconds before the screen was just black. All i have as a second screen is a laggy tv. I obviously restarted already and installed the latest macOS update. I use tools like BetterTouchTool, Alfred and Bartender, if that may cause an issue maybe (?) It happened after I transported it in a backpack....

Chosen Solution So I replaced the screen and home button over on a iPhone 7. Once both replacements were made, I turned on the phone and it showed an Apple logo, but then turned off, then back on. i unplugged the battery, disconnected the home button, but attached the screen. Everything works fine. when connecting the Home Button again, it loaded up but a message appeared saying that the button is having issues and provided me with Accessible button....

Chosen Solution My maytag dryer is about 2 years old is making a buzzing noise when it is first started but it stops after about 10 minutes of running. It still heats properly and otherwise has no issues. Any thoughts on what this could be? This is usually caused by a failing motor. I’d run it till it quits or starts smelling. Chosen Solution (My camera’s actually an M552 but that wasn’t an option on here) Every time I plug in my camera, the light between the power and photo buttons blinks once or twice like it’s supposed to; after a second it stays on, then the backlight on the screen turns on. After a few more seconds the camera just turns on and there’s no “plugged in” indicator on the display. If I turn it off when this happens, it turns off and acts like it isn’t plugged in to the charger at all....

Chosen Solution Can a Nano hold an audiobook? If not, can an I-pad? iTunes audio books are no different that a music file. While song files tend to be small audio books are quite large. So you will likely only able to hold a few chapters depending on the size of the book and the available space on your Nano.

Chosen Solution I dropped I phone 7 in swimming pool. It got water damage. I already fit in some shop because Apple can’t change new one. But that some shop say that is need to change motherboard . But it’s not available in market of BKK. I would like to repair as soon as possible . So suggest me how can I do ?? With water damage, you have to decontaminate the logic board before doing anything else, otherwise there will be latent issues down the road....
