Chosen Solution The speaker has been working fine for almost 2 years, then after an incident where i used a mosquito repelent sound through the speaker at a loud volume, the speaker just shut off. After bringing it home it was working fine, but then i noticed that at a certain volume ( As you go up) the speaker would just cut out the sound, it would seem it still tried to play the music, but instead you would hear an occasional distorted hiccup or smth every few seconds....

As you know water and electronics and electricity are not a good mix. The minerals in the water cause corrosion and the water also provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the phone’s operating design and could damage the components....

Chosen Solution The HP Contact (desktop) needs to be replaced and it is unexpectedly difficult to access I’m assuming you are having difficulty PSYCHICALLY accessing the device and replacing the CMOS battery? This video shows how to remove the top, I think there are screws at the top, back that need to be removed first. I’ll add that a symptom of a dead cmos battery is a constant need to input time and date on start-up, is that correct for your device?...

You mean the phone acts normal except that it does not show anything on the screen? If you connect it to your computer, is it detected by iTunes but without you seeing anything on the screen? If this is the case, then you probably have a bad display that needs replacing....

I don’t have problema with soldering and test negative and positive cables. Just need to find an online store that sella that type of reinforced cable… I doubt if this can be repaired on your own....

Chosen Solution When I answer the phone the caller can’t hear me but I can hear then You may have a microphone issue. The microphone for phone calls is on the bottom, as part of the Lightning Flex. It may just be dirty though so look to see if the small hole right next to the headphone port is jammed with lint. If it is clean and you still have no pickup, then consider replacing the microphone by following this guide....

Chosen Solution Hello All, So I replaced my screen on my iPhone 6s Plus. Afterwards, the both cameras, the ear speaker, flashlight, and proximity sensor all stopped working. The thing I mainly care about is the rear camera, flashlight if possible. For some reason today, seemingly out of the blue, the camera worked for about 5 seconds and then stopped working. I thought the camera was toast but now I guess it’s something between it and what ever processes it to the display....

Your MacBook Air does have thermal paste between the CPU and the heat sink....

Chosen Solution I have an iMac 21.5 Mid 2014 EMC 2085 My internal Hard Drive have a lot of bad sector and work really slow. I’m going to replace it I wonder if this iMac can use any 3rd party Hard Drive or it need extra temperature sensor to make everything work as normal. Can anyone confirm this. Chosen Solution Hi folks. So I’ve clumsily tried to clean and re-apply thermal compound to my xbox one. Something I’m usually quite safe doing - only this time I started without my glasses on, slipped taking the tension clip off and totalled several conductor runs and clipped off component c4t14. Anyone help with identifying c4t14? It’s tiny so it’s lost but I think with some patience I could repair it if i got a replacement - at least I’d like to give it a go anyway....

Chosen Solution My k7 screen/glass is shattered my lcd is fine do i just buy the glass and if so do i need t add glue to replace it to do a glass only replacement requires industrial style machines. If i were you, id buy an entire assembly and do it yourself OR let a professional do the glass only replacement
