When I listen to musics, the volume is very low and there’s a lot of static, which makes the iPod impossible to use. Chosen Solution I have a macbook pro. Have bought it used from a local market. The problem is sometimes the backlight goes off.. The issue first appeared when I closed the lid and it went to deep sleep. after I opened the lid the backlight is not working. The display is there as I have tested it with a torch pointed at the apple logo and I was able see the desktop and stuff....

Chosen Solution Hello all Picked up a clean , late 2008 mbp 15.4" , 2.4ghz intel core duo, 4gb ram, 250gb sata drive, The problem is both fans are roaring away at full speed the second I press the power button. I removed the battery, reset the smc. Reset the nvram / pram. Still the same! Now then, I removed the rear case, hoovered out all the dust and fluff. Gave it a good inspection....

Chosen Solution I hope to soon upgrade the 320GB HDD in my Mid 2009 iMac to a more roomy 2TB drive. I have looked at 2TB HDDs like this Seagate one, but was wondering if the 2TB Seagate Hybrid Drive is worth the extra $40. I know it would be faster, obviously, but would it work with my iMac? And is it substantially faster than just an HDD? Right now my iMac takes over 1 minute to start up, and then over 1 1/2 minutes after logging in to load all the startup items....

I had a chat with Apple support which confirmed that it was removable from the 2017 model but couldn’t tell me the part number from either model or if they were compatible. Chosen Solution When the tablet is turned off it powers up with a warning screen about a custom OS, it states to press volume up to proceed and volume down to cancel and boot normal. None of this works, the power button only turns off the screen. To get to the desktop, or to use it I must press the volume up button, then the power button, then the home key and release when the Samsung logo appears....
Chosen Solution Peter you won’t be able to use the Samsung 960 M.2 NVMe SSD. Apple uses a custom PCIe NVMe interface. Besides, the Apple 1 TB & 2 TB units are faster than Samsung’s! You also appear to be looking at the Samsung Pro Series SSD’s. Unless you are setting up a dedicated server there is little benefit going to the more expensive Pro line, stick with the EVO line....
