Chosen Solution I have an iMac intel 21.5". Recently, it has a screen problem. When I turn it on, the desktop starts, chimes, but nothing comes up on the screen. I hook it with an external monitor, picture comes up on the monitor, but the screen remains black. Can some body help? Thanks You’ll have to do more investigation. Chosen Solution Hi guys! I don’t know if this case is specific. When I turn on laptop it starts normally but before booting completely it goes black. I repeat it several times (Iafter shutdown with power button) and it works . Sometimes it goes black during the work, sometimes just flickers. But what I noticed today is that when it goes black of I direct mobile phone’s light into screen, I can see icons or whatever I was working on during the time it went black....

Update (03/29/2017) Reference number for the board is 820- 2879 @gyagre92 that is L4310 which is a 250 Ohm Ferrite Bead. To determine which package size it is you will have to measure from contact to contact and compare it to the attached chart.

Chosen Solution repairing my ipad got everything good but i bent the pins on one of the connections. You can try to “unbend” the pins but they will likely break. The only way to fix this is through a micro-soldering replacement of the connector.
Chosen Solution Is there a quick fix to stopping the buzzing in my seymour duncan pickups? Don, could be a grounding issue on pickups, try a couple other known good cords first to rule bad cord out. You or a Guitar tech. may have to do some disassembly and check the grounds and shielding. You can also google search your buzzing pickups as there is lots of useful info. on this....

Chosen Solution I have model # 110.63062101. All of a sudden I cannot select Cottons / Towels (high heat), Normal (med-high heat) or Perm Press (casual med - heat). I can however choose and run Express Dry (high heat). I checked the lint screen and cleaned out the exhaust vent, and vacuumed everything I could find. The dryer has been working great for years until this. It seems like some special mode is selected but I cannot find any indicators of like an energy saving mode or something like that…....
