Hi. I have a 11" Macbook Air and one of it’s motherboard resistors had blow up.

Vilson, that is C7540 which is a 62UF 11V 20% Tantalum - Polymer capacitor in a Case-B2S-1 package. You will have to of course solder the replacement back on. Biggest issue here is why it got damage. usually caused by a short circuit, so you will have to determine the cause of it.
