i bought a replacement screen from ifixit and i replaced it and my home button isnt responding can anyone help me thank you
Something is telling me you broke the home button flex cable, when you put it in your new display assembly. Guessing you bought the cheaper one, to save $15. Cause there are all these guides, right? How hard can it be? So either you broke the home button flex cable, pretty easy to do. Or, you broke the connectors on the Lightning dock. So, you need to test, somehow, which is the problem. I would advise buying parts again from ifixit iPhone 5c Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack iPhone 5c Home Button Ribbon Cable
