I have sibling who spilt coke on my controller everything else works except b button is stuck how can i clean it the easiest .
two options. the best of them is to open it up, and clean it out by disassembling it, then scrubbing it with a 99% isopropyl, and a toothbrush. the other option is to spray it with a deoxidizing electronics cleaner, and let it soak, then scrub the button with the same isopropyl stated above.
First, you should do the obvious; if you haven’t already you should wiggle the button around in order to get it loose. I’d also blow it out with canned air, you should be doing this on a regular basis anyway. If all else fails, you may have to disassemble the controller and clean it from the inside.
I’ve disassembled mine and found the rubber tactile mesh has snapped :( Can’t find a way to buy spares anywhere…
