Hello guys! I need some help. I need to change the screen of my Macbook 12 inch model of 2016. I found a screen on Ebay of the same model, however from the previous year (A1534, 2015), I wonder if it is compatible so I can do the repair. Follows the screen and my Macbook model:

Yup, it should work. iFixit sells a “universal” screen for all revamped MB models so I am interpreting that as those screens will be interchangeable.

Could you share the experience, could you did the replacement? From 2016 to 2015 i heard the screens are only for the same models
