I ordered a black screen replacement for my black iPhone 7 and they sent a white one. I replaced it but it doesn’t work, doesn’t seem to switch on. I did buy it off eBay but I never had issues with my other iPhone replacement screens bought from there. I just wondered if iPhone 7 were more specific
Maybe its not a genuine screen, got damaged while shipping or a counterfeit product. Can you tell us where you bought the screen?
