trying to charge my headset as i always do, and for some reason the lights are off since my battery is off, and it won´t charge, does anyone can help me with this? the only way i can use it is by cable, i´ve spent so much money to have the Bluetooth function and now it´s useless because of this issue, did this happened to someone?
As per my experience I can show you an easy way to almost bring any dead device back to life, I have encountered various types of handheld technology and have been experimenting on them but so far found the best solution that doesn’t need anyone to be a technician or disassemble anything, all you have to do is just grab an old tooth brush and dip the tip of the bristles in 70% isopropyl alcohol and brush the charging port of your device and clean the inside of it, there is always an 80% chance of the charging port leads to be dirty or the charging port stuffed with dirt and grimes please do so and let me know if that works.
@ivobat this could be caused by a few issues. First start with your charger, make sure it is working right. Next check your charging cable to make sure it works. After that check the charging port. Make sure it is not bend/broken or has a bunch of debris in it. Clean it with a few puffs of compressed air. After that you want to consider changing the battery since it may be past the point of holding a charge or accepting a charge. Looks like these too have screws under the ear cushions that may have to come out to get to the battery.
