It just keeps sayin connect dualshock 4 using the USB cable and USB cannot connect
Hi @moniquecannon Did you experience any issues before, or done any system updates? it could also be a hard drive error
If you have no other option, performing an initialization will most likely fix the problem, but you will lose all of your data and the problem may come up again when you power the console down.
