My ipods locked out and it says to connect to itunes ive tried but it saying its locked by a passcode
Turn the iPod off. Plug it into the computer and press and hold the home button at the same time until a iTunes screen appears. Click restore. It will download the files and then restore it. This will delete everything on the iPod so it will be like new.
