i own a optiplex 760 usff , it succesfully connects to tv’s using dvi to hdmi, but not dvi to dvi for my monitor pls help

Based on your responses in this thread, I suspect a DVI-I (male) to DVI-D(Female) may do the trick, the adapter itself is ~$3 online

If your monitors support HDMI, maybe just keep the connection of DVI to HDMI. Good luck!
